as i use farmers cheese in my homemade pierogies. it gives a richness to the filling with only a hint of cheesy-ness that adds an essential depth of flavor. i think that it would be great in jalapeno poppers, instead of cream cheese. farmers cheese is good on pizza too

I forgot to get the italian shredded cheese when i went to the store and all i have is sliced muenster and a block of farmers cheese, which is a semi-soft, i love farmer's cheese and i think it would be great on a pizza -- stretchy, just like a pizza cheese should be. i'd even add a thin layer i'm making fudge for gifts.
