I haven't had arby's fries in a long time but i love french fries with old bay crab seasoning on them. i would throw some fries in a i'm not sure what arbys puts on 'em. old bay is good. so is just about any "cajun seasoning". i've seen something called "brew city fry seasoning"; maybe that would be similar? community.livejournal.com/cooking/7553289.html
